Who am I:
I am a California native with a deep passion for people, movement, and whole-body health. A lifelong dreamer and doer, I believe growth happens when we keep moving forward—even when it feels uncomfortable. I became a runner in my high school years through cross-country and track, where I learned discipline, resilience, and how to push beyond my comfort zone. Those lessons continue to guide me today. Some of my proudest accomplishments include completing the Los Angeles Marathon and running a half-marathon across the Golden Gate Bridge while just weeks pregnant.
Where I’m from:
I was born and raised in California and spent my early years in the Los Angeles area before later moving to Chino Hills. I earned my B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton in 2003. Over time, my path shifted toward a deeper calling in health and healing, leading me to pursue and complete my Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California.
Why Chiropractic:
My chiropractic journey began in 2003 as a patient after years of chronic headaches. Through consistent chiropractic care, my health transformed in ways I never imagined. That experience opened my eyes to the body’s incredible ability to heal and showed me that true health is not simply the absence of pain, but the balance of mind, body, and soul.
In 2007, as a new mom during pregnancy, my passion for holistic health deepened even more. I became aware of wellness choices and lifestyle habits I had never paid attention to before.
Since 2016, I have had the honor of serving my community here in Encinitas as a chiropractor, helping individuals and families function better, move with confidence, and live healthier lives. I believe in practicing what I teach—staying active, prioritizing wellness, and continually learning—because the better we feel, the more fully we can show up for those we love.
